CHEF
Working at The Residence Myoko is more than a seasonal chef position—it’s an opportunity to spend the winter in Myoko Kogen, one of Japan’s premier ski destinations, creating memorable dining experiences in an intimate, luxury ski-in ski-out lodge.
Our boutique lodge welcomes just twenty guests, allowing us to focus on exceptional hospitality and quality rather than volume. As our Chef, you’ll prepare beautifully presented breakfasts and three hosted dinners each week, featuring internationally inspired menus and fresh local ingredients. Our dining philosophy is centred on generous, carefully prepared food that reflects the warmth, care and hospitality guests have come to expect from The Residence.
You’ll be joining a small, passionate team that takes genuine pride in creating memorable experiences and making every guest feel welcome. We believe the smallest details often leave the biggest impression, and that genuine hospitality is at the heart of everything we do.
If you’re an experienced Chef who takes pride in creating high-quality food, has a strong eye for detail and presentation, and values genuine hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.
