AVAILABILITY
Reservations are now open for the 2026/2027 ski season. With just ten guest rooms and a maximum of twenty guests, availability is limited.
Whole-lodge reservations are available for private groups and retreats.
RATES
Winter rates per room, per night (based on double occupancy) inclusive of tax:
King Room (Private Toilet) - ¥66,000
King Ensuite Room - ¥71,500
Deluxe King Ensuite Room - ¥77,000

Your stay at The Residence Myoko includes:
Daily breakfast and après ski snacks
Private shuttle pick-up and drop-off from Myoko Kogen Station
Evening shuttle service into Akakura Onsen town
Access to our onsite mineral onsens and sauna
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Deposit
25% required within 7 days of booking to confirm your reservation. Deposit is non-refundable.
Final Balance
Due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations
More than 60 days prior to arrival: 25% deposit forfeited.
Within 60 days of arrival: Full payment applies.
Date Changes
Payments may be transferred once to alternative dates within the same or future season, subject to availability and prevailing rates.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
MINIMUM STAY
During peak winter periods (January–February), a minimum stay of 5 nights applies.
